ALBERTA L. YOUNG

Alberta L. Young earned her law degree from Santa Clara University and has been a member of the State Bar of California since 1985. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Government at Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
Ms. Young has extensive experience in insurance defense litigation including personal injury, medical malpractice, asbestos litigation, products liability, toxic tort litigation, and construction-defect claims. Her experience comprises all phases of pre-trial, trial and appellate work.
Ms. Young is admitted to practice before all the courts of the State of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California. She is a member of the California Trial Lawyers Association, Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and acts as on assignment as a mediator for the Ventura County Superior Court. She has also been an instructor at Ventura College of Law.
